LAHORE: Sports Board Punjab (SBP) has established a quarantine centre at the hostel of Nishtar Park Sports Complex tennis Stadium for the treatment of coronavirus patients.
The quarantine centre has been set up with the collaboration of City District Govt and Health Department to provide timely treatment to coronavirus patients. The 67 coronavirus patients including 52 men, 10 women and five children who were brought from Multan have been shifted at the quarantine centre.
DG Sports Punjab Adnan Arshad Aulakh, in a statement on Monday, said all departments are making combine efforts to fight this deadly virus. “There is no need to get afraid of coronavirus. Our people can get complete protection from coronavirus by adopting preventive measures issued by the government,” he added.
Aulakh said Sports Board Punjab is taking equally effective measures to get rid of coronavirus alongside Punjab govt. “In this regard the hostel of Tennis Stadium has been converted into quarantine centre where Sports Board Punjab is providing best health facilities to coronavirus patients”.
