Blind murder mystery solved
Police on Monday claimed to have resolved a blind murder mystery and arrested an accused after 20 day of the incident.
Rozi Khan was shot at least seven times and died on the spot in Korangi’s Mehran Town on March 10. An FIR No. 377/20 was registered at the Korangi Industrial Area police station against unidentified persons over the murder.
The police transferred the case to investigation wing who arrested a suspect, Dilbar, son of Daleel. During the interrogation, he confessed to the crime. The suspect told the police that he wanted to get married to Khan’s daughter but he refused the proposal for his daughter and even beat him. He killed Khan to take revenge. The police said Dilbar was accompanied by three people who were yet to be arrested.
