KARACHI: Pakistan Volleyball Federation’s (PVF) Shah Naeem Zafar will attend the General Assembly meeting of the Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC) which will be held in Bangkok in June.
“I will be attending the meeting which is very important,” Shah told ‘The News’. “You know all international events have been postponed, so rescheduling will be discussed. I hope by then the coronavirus pandemic will have been ended,” Shah said.
A number of Asian volleyball events have been postponed because of the outbreak of coronavirus. Pakistan’s juniors and youth teams were set to feature in continental events this summer but they have been postponed. “It’s a huge loss,” Shah said.
