PBM chief meets PM’s adviser
Islamabad: While meeting Adviser to Prime Minister on Finance and Revenue, Dr. Abdul Hafeez Sheikh, Managing Director Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal (PBM), Aon Abbas Buppi briefed him about the organisation’s relief activities for the vulnerable populace of the country.
He also underlined the initiatives to make the organization accessible to the beneficiaries of less developed and remote areas. “Following the directions of Prime Minister Imran Khan, poverty linked concerns of the people were being addressed at their door steps by empowering the Provincial Directorates of PBM.”, he told. Managing Director PBM also informed the Adviser to PM about the organization’s budget allocation with respect to the population and poverty ratio of the districts that had been ignored in the past.
