6-member gang busted in crackdown
Rawalpindi : Wah Police while making crackdown against criminal elements busted a six-member dacoits gang along with their head here on Wednesday.
Police also recovered six pistols and other ammunition from the custody of culprits, which they used in different robberies and dacoities.
During preliminary investigation, the detainee dacoits confessed for making robberies and dacoities in different areas of Sadar, Wah Cantt, Taxila and in district Attock.
As per police record, the detainee culprits were also accomplice in different crimes of car snatching and other heinous crimes and during investigations, other aides and facilitators of the dacoits will also be arrested.
As per SHO, Sadar (Wah), the detainee culprits have been shifted to jail for identification parade.
SP Pothohar Syed Ali stated that police crackdown against criminals will be keep continued to purge the city from criminal elements.
