Teaching posts

The decision of the Balochistan Education Department to fill vacant posts of teachers through the NTS is commendable. However, flaws regarding the recruitment policy have left many candidates confused.
For example, the selection of candidates at the union council level instead of the district level has deprived many talented candidates from joining the education department. Moreover, in many districts, vacant posts of teachers in various union councils were not advertised properly by the district education administration with the result that many candidates remained unaware about these vacant posts. It is recommended that the recruitment of teachers should be made at the district level.
