DERA ISMAIL KHAN: The police have registered a case against 150 people on the charges of delivering hate speeches under the banner of Pashtun Tahafuz Movement (PTM) and demonstrating against government institutions, said a police official on Friday. The action was taken under Section 16 of the Maintenance of Public Order. The official added that the case had been registered against the activists in the wake of a protest rally taken out in Dera Ismail Khan against the arrest of a key leader of the movement, Manzoor Pashteen. Manzoor Pashteen was booked a few days ago by the law enforcers in Peshawar, triggering a series of protests across the province. He had held the rally at the Haq Nawaz Park.
