Missing student found dead in Takhtbhai

TAKHTBHAI: A student, who had gone missing two weeks ago, was found dead in the limits of Shergarh Police Station on Sunday, official sources said.
They said that Salman Khan, student of class 9th, went missing on January 10 after offering ‘Juma’ prayer at the mosque in Pirsadi village. The police had launched investigation after registering his missing report by his family.
Receiving information about a decomposed body of a youth lying in a field, the police reached the spot and shifted it to the District Headquarters Hospital in Mardan for legal formality. The relatives established the identity of the victim through his clothes and shoes. The police also sent the specimen of his body for DNA test to officially confirm his identity.
