The CSS exams are already tough. With so many subjects to cover the exams are a strenuous ordeal for candidates. The government has now made the task even tougher by conducting two examinations involving extensive writing on the same day. With such measures the passing rate of the CSS, already at its nadir, is set to sink even lower.
I therefore request the government to please reconsider the CSS exam schedule this year and issue a new schedule with no more than one examination per day.
