Rupee remains flat
The rupee observed a little fluctuation due to smooth dollar supplies in the forex market on Thursday, dealers said. In the interbank dealings, the rupee was traded between 103.91 and 103.96 against the dollar in the intraday trade. However, it closed at 103.85, unchanged from its previous close.

Dealers said that the measures to control "panic buying" by banks have started giving results.
