Partly cloudy, hot and relatively humid weather is expected in the provincial metropolis on Thursday (today).
Seasonal low lies over north Balochistan with its adjoining areas. A shallow westerly trough is present over the Fata and its adjoining areas.
Weather remained hot and humid in most parts of the country on Wednesday. However, thundershower occurred at isolated places in Khuzdar that amounted to 15 mm.
The maximum in the city was 38 degrees Celsius while the minimum was 27. The maximum in the country was 46°C at Nokkundi. In the next 24 hours, mainly hot and humid weather is expected in most parts of the country. However, thundershower is expected at isolated places in Zhob, Kalat, Sargodha, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore, Malakand, Hazara, Bannu, Peshawar, Kohat divisions, Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan and upper Fata (Bajour, Mohmand, Khyber, Orakzai and Kurram agencies.
