System to improve hygiene stressed

Rawalpindi : In order to examine the working of Solid Waste Management Company, Commissioner Rawalpindi Division Muhammad Mehmood has said that effective and satisfactory sanitation system is vital to improve the hygienic conditions of Rawalpindi.

He stated this while visiting the office of solid waste management Company on Friday. He chaired a meeting in which MD, Solid Waste Management Company Awais Manzoor Tarar briefed Commissioner about the working and management of sanitation network. Muhammad Mehmood said that online complaint registration system should be carried out to facilitate citizens by evolving monitoring and evaluation mechanism.
