Expressing his concerns over the alarming increase in the number of dengue cases, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Karachi President Khurrum Sher Zaman has unleashed his anger over the Sindh government and Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC).
He said on Tuesday the rise in dengue cases was not only in Karachi, but the entire province was witnessing these cases, demonstrating the ineptitude of the Pakistan Peoples Party-led Sindh government. The people of the province had been suffering for the past 11 years, he added. “Around 14,662 people have tested positive for dengue in Karachi alone during the current year and 1,000 cases were reported in Sindh,” the PTI MPA said.
