Partly cloudy weather with chances of isolated light rain is expected in the provincial metropolis on Thursday (today).
A well-marked low pressure lies over Rajasthan (India) under the influence of this low pressure, monsoon currents are continuously penetrating into Pakistan. Seasonal low lies over northwest of Balochistan.
In the next 24 hours, widespread rain-thundershower is expected in Bahawalpur, Multan, D.G khan, Sukkur, Sahiwal, D.I Khan, Malakand divisions, while scattered rain thundershower is expected in Zhob, Sibbi, Larkana, Nasirabad, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Mirpurkhas, Hazara divisions, Islamabad, FATA, and Gilgit isolated, Gujranwala, Hyderabad, Shaheed Benazirabad divisions, Kashmir and Baltistan. Isolated heavy falls are also expected in Bahawalpur, Multan, Sahiwal, D.G Khan and Sukkur divisions.
Maximum temperature in the city on Wednesday was 35 degrees Celsius, while in the country was 43°C at Nokkundi
