Two people committed suicide in separate incidents here on Sunday.
Abdul Rashid ended his life by hanging himself with a tree at Chak 349/GB Rajana. Najma Bibi, the wife of farmer Ramzan and a resident of Chak 301/GB, committed suicide by taking poison over a domestic dispute. Meanwhile, Ghulam Mustafa, a tailor master, was found dead mysteriously in his home at Niazabad, Kamalia.
ELECTROCUTED: A man was electrocuted at Gojra on Saturday night. Muhammad Mujahid was trying to switch on an electric motor when his hand touched a livewire. As a result, he received electric shocks and died on the spot.
BOY DROWNS: A 12-year-old boy drowned in River Ravi near Kamalia on Sunday. Wajid Ali of Jangal Imam Shah was crossing the river on a boat when suddenly he slipped and fell into the river and drowned.
