17 judicial officers promoted

PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Monday issued notification about the promotion of 17 judicial officers from additional district and sessions judges/Izafi Zilla Qazi (BPS-20) to district and sessions judges/Zilla Qazi (BPS-21).
As per the notification, the PHC chief justice and judges as per the recommendations of the departmental committee promoted 17 additional district and sessions judges/Izafi Zilla Qazi (BPS-20) to district and sessions judges/Zilla Qazi (BPS-21).
The promoted judges included Aurangzeb Khattak, Nusrat Yasmeen, Muhammad Aamir Nazir, Syed Kamal Hussain Shah, Aurangzeb, Syed Aqeel Shah, Ashfaq Taj, Sohail Sheraz Noor Sani, Muneera Abbasi, Syed Anees Badshah Bukhari, Aamir Nazir Bhatti, Rozina Rehman, Asad Hameed Khan, Muhammad Naseem, Tahir Mehmood, Aftab Afridi and Muhammad Arshad.
Similarly, 15 senior civil judges were promoted as additional district and sessions judges/Izafi Zilla Qazi (BPS-20) including Ajmal Shah, Muhammad Arif Khan, Ali Gohar, Shaukat Ahmad Khan, Sumera Wali, Ahmad Iftikhar, Dost Muhammad Khan, Tanveer Iqbal, Asad Ali, Farzina Shahid, Aurangzeb Khan, Ashfaq Ali Haider, Ihteshamul Haq Danishmand, Zeba Rasheed and Aalia Sadia Lodhi.
A notification for the promotion of 17 civil judges/judicial magistrates/Illaqa Qazis (BPS-18) to the posts of senior civil judges (BPS-19) was also issued.
The promoted judges included Shah Hussain, Sadia Andaleeb, Nusrat Naz, Muhammad Asim, Arbab Sohail Hamid, Shabana Mehsud, Nadia Syed, Wadeeya Mushtaq Malik, Tufail Ahmad, Lubna Zaman, Syed Iftikhar Shah, Hassan Bano, Syed Hamid Qasim, Saima Asim, Ajmal Tahir, Abid Zaman and Ahmad Ihsanullah Qureshi.
