He said a comprehensive policy for Afghan traders had been devised. He said that the UNHCR could not bear expenses of the Afghan refugees and affectees of the military operations and would ask international community at the donor conference in Geneva to help Pakistan.

The agency had finalised all formalities with the Afghan government for repatriation of the refugees, he added. He said the UNHCR had appealed to Myanmar to either grant nationality to the Rohingya Muslims or provide them constitutional protection. He also appealed to the neighbouring countries to open their borders to the displaced Rohingyas who were living in seas.
