‘Tech Valley Conference’ on 20th

PESHAWAR: The 4th Tech Valley Conference 2019 will be held in Abbottabad on April 20.

The Tourism Corporation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (TCKP), Tech Valley Abbottabad, World Bank, Galiyat Development Authority, British Council and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology Board are jointly organising the conference.

Senior Minister Muhammad Atif Khan, who also has the portfolio of Sports, Tourism, Archaeology, Culture, Museums and Youth Affairs, government functionaries, experts from private sector and stakeholders will participate in the conference.

The participants and stakeholders, including experts on tourism, environment and tourism industry, will shed light on the promotion of tourism, challenges, eco-tourism and the tangible steps being taken for the development of tourism and engagement of private sector in future.

The participants will also discuss the government steps for the development of existing tourist spots, rehabilitation of new scenic resorts, data collection on the tourism sector, Hindu Kush and Himalaya mountainous range, alpine forests, wildlife, traditional foods, history and heritage, culture and scenic valleys in the province.

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is gifted with the abundant natural beauty of lush green valleys, snow-capped mountains, deserts, rivers, landscapes, rich cultural heritage, springs, streams and serene spots. Scores of people come from abroad and across the country to visit Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to experience the beauty it has to offer.
