PPP leader calls BRT a failed project
PESHAWAR: The Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Mardan district president, Nawabzada Aurangzeb Khan, has said the Bus Rapid Transport (BRT) is a failed project.
In a press statement issued here on Sunday, he said the BRT had proved that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf government lacked the ability to launch and complete any mega development project in the province. He believed the BRT had made life miserable for the people of Peshawar.
Aurangzeb Khan believed the rulers were incompetent and had no experience to run the government affairs smoothly and effectively. "The BRT project had proved this fact beyond any doubt," he added.
The PPP leader said his party would never allow further waste of public money and raise the voice for people of the province and against injustice at every forum.
