DERA ISMAIL KHAN: The Model Criminal Court are going to formally start functioning today (Monday) in the district.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Usman Wali Khan would start hearing the cases.
The Model Criminal Court was established on the orders of the Peshawar High Court. District and Sessions Judge Mohammad Younas Khan has sent 33 murder and 30 drug smuggling cases to the court.
