LAKKI MARWAT: A man, stated to be a soldier of the paramilitary Frontier Corps, was killed by unidentified persons in Jhangkhel village in the limits of Shaheed Haibat Ali Khan Police Station of Darra Pezu town, said police sources on Tuesday.
They said the deceased Atta Muhammad had come to the village on leave a few days ago. The complainant Khan Muhammad, the brother of deceased, told police that Atta Muhammad had left home on his motorcycle for offering the Isha prayers. He said at midnight he came to know that the body of Atta Muhammad was lying on the village’s street. “When I reached the place I found the body lying in the pool of blood and motorcycle parked along it,” he maintained, adding, his deceased brother had no enmity with anyone.
