Bomb defused in Bajaur

KHAR: The district administration defused a remote-controlled bomb in Sadiqabad area in Khar tehsil in Bajaur district on Saturday.
Local sources said that militants had planted a remote-controlled bomb at roadside in Sadiqabad area, a business hub near Khar, the headquarters of Bajaur district, for subversive act. However, the district administration aborted the terror bid of militants and successfully defused the bomb before it could cause deaths and destruction in the area. The district administration has started an investigation in this connection.
