LAHORE: The Punjab Healthcare Commission has sealed 42 centres of quacks during the last two days. The Punjab Healthcare Commission officials, accompanied by the local administration and police, had visited 231 treatment centres and sealed 42 businesses. Besides these closures, 78 quacks were found to have shutdown their centres, which included 28 in Sahiwal and 19 in Kasur, where 46 and 47 centres respectively were visited by the PHC teams. Among the sealed centres, 10 were in Gujranwala, seven in Chiniot, six each in Sargodha and Shakargarh, four each in Pakpattan and Sahiwal.
