Shameful scam

This refers to the news story, ‘Fake degree business – Pak company Axact cons billions: NYT’ (May 19). Pakistan is making headlines for all the wrong reasons – again. The fake degree scandal has brought disgrace to every Pakistani.
However, the government’s swift response is praiseworthy. We are quite forthcoming when it comes to criticising the government. However, if it does something positive we should recognise it as well.
