Students of the Roots Millennium Schools, who went to the International Children’s Festival 2015 in Antalya, Turkey, were invited to a special reception at the residence of Turkish Ambassador Babur S. Girgin, says a press release.
RMS CEO Chaudhry Faisal Mushtaq, TI, accompanied the students and their parents to the reception.
On the occasion, Babur S. Girgin talked to the students of Roots Millennium Schools and asked about their stay in Turkey. The students shared their stories with the Turkish ambassador and presented him a picture album of the International Children’s Festival 2015 and a ‘Thank You’ card.
The basic aim of the festival was to promote mutual understanding and cultural bonding between the children of different countries. Turkey has brotherly relations with Pakistan. The RMS delegation was invited to the festival to strengthen this relationship of understanding and mutual collaboration.
The Roots Millennium Schools have dedicated the year 2015 to Pakistan-Turkey friendship and are enthusiastically working in close collaboration with both the Pakistan embassy in the Republic of Turkey and Turkish embassy in Islamabad.
