Lahore Stock Exchange remained in the bearish mode, as the LSE-25 Index lost 142 points to close at 5,482 points, a dealer said.
Trading volumes were lower than the volumes recorded on Friday, the dealer said.
Of the 69 companies traded, the value of one company’s share increased, 33 suffered losses, while there was no change in the value 35 companies’ shares.
Trading volume was 0.44 million shares, lower than the volumes of 0.86 million shares recorded on the last trading day. Bank of Punjab was the volume leader with a turnover of 95,000 shares. Treet Corporation was the top gainer, adding Rs2.16 in its share value.
