MANSEHRA: National Assembly Deputy Speaker Murtaza Javed Abbasi has said that federal government has been giving top priority to higher and technical education for the bright future of country.
“The federal government has been giving priority to technical and higher education and 25,000 youth are imparted technical education in the country under the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme,” Abbasi told the laptop distribution ceremony at the Hazara University (HU) on Tuesday.
He said that those who got training under the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme could earn respectable livelihood. An official of the HU said that more than 1200 laptops were distributed among male and female students of HU and 700 more would soon be distributed under the programme.
