Tax havens

Income tax is not collected from Fata, Malakund division and Gilgit- Baltistan. If rulers do not feel confident to end these tax havens then the wealthy leaders of these areas should propose such a measure for the benefit of the poorer classes of their societies. Those who advocate development of these areas and tax reforms should also pay due attention to this vital issue.
