The Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain has condemned the killing of 20 labourers in Gogdan area of Turbat in Balochistan province.
In a statement issued on Saturday, he termed the bloodshed, “A flagrant incident of terrorism. Those who are spilling the blood of innocent people and targeting unarmed Muslims have no religion.”
He said these terrorists were not worthy of being called human beings, let alone Muslims. “Such bloodthirsty terrorists do not deserve any leniency,” Hussain said.
He called on President Mamnoon Hussain, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and interior minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan to order a high-level inquiry of the incident.
“The killers must be brought to justice and given exemplary punishments according to law,” he said, while extending sympathies to the bereaved families who lost their loved ones in the gory incident.
