LAHORE: Prof Dr Niaz Ahmad Akhtar on Friday took charge as new Vice-Chancellor of Punjab University. Before taking this charge, Dr Niaz has served as VC of UET, Taxila. The Punjab governor approved his resignation from the post of UET, Taxila.
