Pressure horns

Truck containers going to the upcountry pass through Shahra-e-Roomi, Khyaban-e-Jami and Sunset boulevard (from Boat Basin to Defence Morr-Kornagi Road). People living in these areas are disturbed by the piercing sound of pressure horns, especially in the evening and at night.
The Northern Bypass, exclusively built for this heavy traffic, is functional but our authorities have failed to shift this traffic to that route. It should be implemented now and people should be spared this agony for good.
