Don’t eat that
April 22, 2018
The adulteration of food items is not a new phenomenon. Many profiteers have been found guilty of adding harmful components in food items in order to increase the shelf life of these items. While some competent authorities have revoked the licence of such profiteers, there are no long-term solutions for this problem. Because of their influence, these people successfully get their licence back.
The matter of food adulteration is a severe one. Many people, including children, have contracted serious diseases after consuming substandard food items. It is time the authorities took action against people responsible for putting the lives of people in danger.
