With each passing day, it is becoming evident that no single party after the 2018 elections will be in a dominating position. This development is subtle and quite swift. The principle for this is simple: divide at the provincial level and see its effects at the national level. Every now and then, new alliances and parties have cropped up. The reason for the emergence of these alliances is old and logical. I wonder if they don’t say this then what else they could.
The dream of a clear majority win for all parties seems to have been blurred. Even winning the slot of CM will be more difficult than becoming PM. The game has spiralled out of control. I don’t know if they knew it or just ignoring it. But their rhetoric is showing they know this and their weaknesses quite well. This was started from Balochistan. The appointment of Sadiq Sanjrani as Senate chairman was a milestone that was successfully achieved. The 2018 elections also seem to be another milestone and the way goes beyond.
