AIOU spring semester admission process discussed

PESHAWAR: The Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) Regional Directors Conference of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province was held at the regional campus in Peshawar.

A press release said AIOU Vice Chancellor Prof Dr. Shahid Siddiqqui chaired the conference, which discussed the uplifting of educational programmes offered by the university in all areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.

The regional heads present on the occasion included Dr Mohammad Daud Khattak (Regional Director, Peshawar), Salahudin (Regional Director, Dera Ismail Khan), Sultan-e-Rome (Deputy Regional Director, Swat), Rafiullah (Deputy Regional Director, Chitral), Nafees Bibi (Deputy Regional Director, Peshawar), Yasir Mehmood (Deputy Regional Director, Abbottabad), Shahid (Deputy Regional Director, Kohat), Tariq Hassan (Assistant Regional Director, Kohat), Mohammad Ashraf (Assistant Regional Director, Abbottabad), and Amanullah (Assistant Regional Director, Mardan).

The vice chancellor appreciated work of the regional directors of KP province and promotion of various academic programmes of the university. The admission activities for spring 2018 semester were also debated.
