Propaganda against private bank: Dhedhi did not appear before court

KARACHI: Aqeel Karim Dhedhi did not appear during a hearing into the case related to false propaganda against a private bank. Asad Kharal, who is on the bail, appeared for the trial, while other accused Haji Ghani, Haji Usman and Suleman Mirza also did not appear. The petition, related to exemption from the hearing, was submitted by the accused who did not appear, at which, the court will take decision in the next hearing.
Additional District and Sessions Judge, South, Sara Junejo conducted proceedings of the hearing. The court adjourned the hearing till March 5.
