OPC role in resolving expats issues lauded

LAHORE: Vice-Chairperson Overseas Pakistanis Commission (OPC) Punjab, Shaheen Khalid Butt and Commissioner Afzaal Bhatti said that OPC was playing a pivotal role in redressing different issues faced by the Overseas Pakistanis and they can, anytime, contact OPC for the solution of their complaints.

In a statement issued here Friday they stated that the District Overseas Pakistanis Committees (DOPCs) are also playing an active role in settling the issues of Overseas Pakistanis. On the special instructions of the chief minister, OPC is working on fast track basis and so far thousands of complaints of expatriate Pakistanis have been redressed amicably. They said that Overseas Pakistanis are real ambassadors of the country and have won laurels for the country through their hard work, commitment and dedication.
