One more H1N1 patient dies at Nishtar Hospital

MULTAN: One more H1N1 patient died at the Nishtar Hospital here on Saturday, raising the death toll to 43, the health officials said.
Zahoor was a resident of Khanewal district. Meanwhile, talking to journalists, Nishtar Hospital Epidemiology focal person Dr Attaur Rahman said that Zahoor was under treatment at the Intensive Care Unit but he failed to survive and died. Dr Attaur Rahman said that total 270 H1N1 suspects brought to the Nishtar Hospital from the south Punjab districts. Out of 199 suspected patients, he added, 113 patients had been discharged after treatment.
