PESHAWAR: The Peshawar Development Authority (PDA) on Thursday said that the Bab-e-Peshawar flyover developed the cracks due to seasonal condition and would be repaired shortly.
Speaking at a press conference, Aminuddin, the project director of Bab-e-Peshawar flyover, said that standard material had been used in the construction of the project.
He claimed the flyover would last for 50-60 years and there was no risk of collapse or any further damage to the structure. “These are not cracks but just scratches and there is nothing to be worried about,” he added.
