PMA supports CJP’s suo motu action

LAHORE: Pakistan Medical Association (Centre) has condemned opposition from different segments against Chief Justice of Pakistan‘s suo motu action over ‘deteriorating condition’ in health and education sectors in Punjab.

Office bearers appreciated the act of the CJP. “It was biggest dilemma of health and education sectors that medical education was turning into a business and lack of basic facilities is a serious negligence of the authorities concerned. In this situation, CJP’s notice is remarkable”. The office-bearers said facilities in health and education sectors are likely to get better through such efforts of rectification.
