FAISALABAD: Education Authority Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Dr Javaid Iqbal Chishti has dismissed a teacher of Government High School 72/GB Gaddian over torturing students. A spokesman of the education department on Tuesday said that the CEO received complaints against teacher Khursheed Ahmed about torture on school children. An inquiry committee was constituted in this connection and during probe, the teacher was proved guilty. Therefore, the CEO dismissed the teacher with immediate effect, he added.
