Golden Star Club to hold cricket tourney

LAHORE: Golden Star Cricket Club will be organising One-day Inter-Club Tournament to promote 50-over cricket. Club president and cricket organiser Wasif Zaman said that it will be the event for all the clubs of East Zone to show their skills. He said that East Zone was the hub of cricket in the city and held regular tournaments which was participated by cricketers like Abdul Qadir, Nadeem Ghauri, Amir Sohail, Imran Farhat, Humayun Farhat. He further stated that all the clubs of the zone will be invited for participation in the tournament.
