Captain Fasih Shaheed Fort inaugurated

WANA: The Pakistan Army inaugurated the Captain Fasih Shaheed Fort in Kanigurum in South Waziristan on Thursday.
General Officer Commanding (GOC) Major General Nauman Zakria inaugurated the fort. Brig (Retd) Babar Amin, father of the martyred soldier Captain Fasih, who embraced martyrdom in a clash with militants in the area, was also present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, the GOC said that security forces rendered numerous sacrifices for restoration of peace in tribal region.He said that the fort was named after the brave soldier who fought terrorists valiantly.
