Number of dengue patients in Khyber Agency rises to 23

BARA: The number of dengue patients in Khyber Agency rose to 23 as another person tested positive for the virus in Bara tehsil on Thursday.
Shah Fahd, 12, son of Jehanzeb Afridi, a senior journalist from Khyber Agency, tested positive in Khyber Teaching Hospital, Peshawar.
It was the fourth case of dengue virus in Karigar Garhi in Bara tehsil while the other 19 cases had been reported in Jamrud tehsil of Khyber Agency.
Meanwhile, Agency Surgeon Dr Niaz Afridi said that the “Punjab hospital organised free medical camp on the 2nd day in Jamrud tehsil.
