PESHAWAR: The city police during an action arrested a nine-member motorbike snatchers’ ring, an official told media persons on Tuesday.
Superintendent of Police (SP) City Shahzada Kokab Farooq along with Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Suburb Fazal Wahid told a press conference that the police busted the gang and arrested its nine members. The official added that four snatched bikes, 21 cellphones and weapons were recovered from the accused. The arrested persons were identified as Ijaz, Abid, Siraj, Roohullah, Abdul Wahid, Wahid Afridi, Abdur Rahman, Naik Amal and Jamil.
