15 students attend French language course

PESHAWAR: At least 15 students were Friday given away French language course certificates at a ceremony for the first batch of the programme at the University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Peshawar.
André DE BUSSY, Counselor for Cooperation and Cultural Affairs at Embassy of France in Pakistan was the chief guest at the ceremony hosted by acting vice-chancellor UET Prof Noor Muhammad, said a press release.
The course participants, Pakistan French Alumni Network members, and faculty members attended the event. Prof Dr Noor Muhammad reiterated his continuous support to the French Information Centre and French language courses. André DE BUSSY said that the course is a big step to French language promotion in the province.
