LAHORE
Dry and hot weather continued to prevail in the city on Tuesday while the Met office predicted the similar weather conditions during the next 24 hours. The Met officials said a shallow westerly wave is affecting western and upper parts of the country. They predicted mainly hot and dry weather in most parts of the country while rain-thunderstorm with gusty winds is expected at isolated places in DG Khan, Kalat, Quetta, Zhob, Larkana divisions, upper Fata, Kashmir and its adjoining hilly areas. The Met officials said during the last 24 hours rainfall was recorded at Lasbella (08 mm) and Khuzdar (01 mm).
