FDE to launch Complaint Cell soon

Islamabad
The Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) would set up a ‘Complaint Cell’ on
permanent basis for immediate redressal of the complaints.
While Admission Cell is already working in FDE for redressal of complaints or issues regarding admission of the students in schools or colleges.
According to the official source, FDE has received 1,311 complaints from the students of different educational institutions during the year 2013-14 through its Admission Cell.
As per policy, Federal Directorate of Education process the complaints immediately in order to redress the issues in minimum possible time.
The facts of the case are collected from the concerned institutions in the first step and examined in their light on merit.
The conclusions are made with the approval of competent authority and the complainants are informed accordingly.
