KARACHI: Inspector General of Police (IGP) Sindh A D Khawaja has cancelled the contract of a fuel station awarded to one of the high provincial officials.
Well-placed sources told The News that cancellation of the contract had won the IGP more wrath of political high-ups.
According to official documents, copies available with The News, the contract of Police Petrol Pump in District South was awarded to a company on January 1, 2015 by the police department at low rates without bidding.
