Lahore College for Women University (LCWU) has announced opening PhD admissions to 10 disciplines with reduced fee. According to a press release, LCWU Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Rukhsana Kausar said minimising the fee would support research culture and attract more and more students to become research scholars. She directed the director research to immediately issue research grant for the existing research scholars of LCWU. The university had announced reduction in fee for PhD students last month and had formed a 12-member doctoral committee to formulate affordable fee structure.
