Call to remove governor
NOWSHERA: The activists of the Muslim Students Federation (MSF) on Saturday staged protest against Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Iqbal Zafar Jhagra and asked Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to remove him from his office.
Led by the MSF provincial president Mansab Khan Khalil and Asad Khan, the protesters carrying banners and placards chanted slogans against the governor. They marched on various areas and gathered at the Shubra Chowk where the MSF leaders made speeches. They said that Governor Iqbal Zafar Jhagra had ignored the party workers and closed the doors of Governor’s House on them.
They said the governor had failed to resolve the issues being faced by the PML-N workers and MSF activists. They warned that protests would continue till removal of governor.
